The AXIS Mobile Monitor (discontinued product!) allowed you to connect to live streams of the webcams associated with them directly on a mobile. There is no application configured to allow the camera of a phone to work with a DVR application installed on PCs. The software works exclusively with dedicated surveillance (CCTV) cameras.
